New animation created by our visual arts students and lecturer

Tims walkabout

A new animation about a time travelling boy who discovers a fossil at the Alcoota fossil reserve, and is transported to the Miocene epoch for some megafauna adventures, was recently created by our Certificate III in Visual Arts (CUA31115) students from the Engawala Women’s Art group.
Launched on Saturday 26th June at the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory in Alice Springs, the animation is a fictional film, in language.  The film was co-produced by Batchelor Institute visual art lecturer, Brigida Alberti, and Film Animator, Nelson Armstrong.
