Sandra’s Story

Sandra comes from Rockhampton Downs Station and is fluent in five languages including Warumungu and Warlmanpa . She wants to complete the PTS course so she can study language and linguistics and eventually work in a Language Centre. She is passionate about making sure that her languages are not lost, and are there for her grandchildren.

Sandra is impressed by the lecturers and tutors who run PTS, claiming that they are ‘extremely helpful’. She also has made many new friends from all over Australia.
