Sam Carmody teaches the Diploma of Creative and Indigenous Writing at ACIKE (a partnership between Batchelor Institute and Charles Darwin University). Carmody is an award-winning writer and musician. His work has been published in the Griffith Review and ABC’s The Drum, and his short fiction has been featured in the Review of Australian Fiction.
Sam Carmody’s debut novel The Windy Season was shortlisted for the 2014 the Australian/Vogel’s Award. It will be published by Allen & Unwin in 2016.
