Dr Abbott J. Haron (AJ) is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and the Head of Graduate Schoolat the Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education. Bringing over 20 years of experience across higher education institutions in Australia and internationally, Dr Haron specializes in directing postgraduate programs, including MBA and EMBA cohorts, while actively advancing research in technology, innovation, and institutional management.
As a proud Aboriginal professional of mixed Noongar and Palestinian heritage, Dr Haron aligns his leadership with Batchelor Institute’s Both Ways educational philosophy. This framework seamlessly integrates Indigenous Australian cultures, knowledges, and voices alongside Western academic models.
